  Land to Design

  Everything we do

  One agreement covering the full development path. We take a project from greenfield or brownfield land to a permitted asset, delivered Ready-to-Build or Ready-to-Sell with complete documentation.

  • Land sourced and secured, private or municipal, by purchase or lease
  • Grid connection, from the first study to a signed agreement with ESO
  • Detailed Spatial Development Plan and every municipal procedure
  • Approval from the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water
  • Technical design by licensed Bulgarian architects and engineers
  • Building Permit obtained, verified and ready to transfer

  Ten to thirteen months for a typical project. We develop solar, wind, battery storage and mini-hydro power plants.

  Equip

  At Build

  Everything we do

  Complete Battery Energy Storage Systems under one agreement, for projects of any size in Bulgaria and across Europe: containers, battery and energy management, and power conversion.

  • Liquid-cooled 20-foot ESS containers, up to 5 MWh each
  • Battery and Energy Management Systems (BMS and EMS)
  • A separate power conversion container: inverters, rectifiers, controllers, transformers, filters and protection
  • LFP cells from CATL, SVOLT, REPT and other major producers
  • A warranty of up to ten years, covering the whole system
  • Installation and grid integration, under a separate EPC agreement

  Send us your project parameters and a quote usually follows within one to two weeks. Container specification varies with the project.

  Engineering, procurement and construction, turnkey in Bulgaria and across Europe, through ISO-certified partners who have designed around 1 GW of renewable capacity since 2019.

  • Detailed design in every part — electrical, structural, fire safety and HVAC
  • Procurement of transformers, switchgear, inverters, cables and materials
  • Civil works: site preparation, foundations, cable routes, roads and fencing
  • Electrical installation, grounding and lightning protection
  • Substations and overhead lines up to 400 kV, with the TSO procedure run for you
  • SCADA and energy management installed, configured and integrated
  • Cold and hot commissioning, grid compliance testing and site acceptance
  • Operations and maintenance after handover, if you want it

  ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified partners, with 800+ MWh of storage delivered, under construction or in design.
